Sources and calculation assumptions
Legal and official values are recorded with their primary source. Municipal fees and standard fixed costs are calculation assumptions that must be confirmed by the notary office.

Other calculation assumptions
Municipal fee: the calculator uses a nationwide standard value; the responsible municipality may charge a different amount.
Standard fixed costs: based on the available notary quotations; the actual scope of services may vary.
VAT: the calculator treats the notary fee and the 23 jornales as gross amounts that already include VAT.
