Privacy Policy
This notice briefly explains which information is processed technically when the purchase cost calculator is used and which data Hibo Immobilien uses for its own usage statistics.
We want to understand how the calculator is used – not who uses it.
1. Privacy at a glance
Hibo Immobilien does not create personal user profiles with the calculator. Technical website hosting and aggregated usage statistics without visitor or session identifiers are separate processes.
Hibo analytics counts only predefined usage actions. It does not store information intended to recognise individual visitors.
2. Usage information we collect
Aggregated counters record calculator openings, completed calculations, PDF creation, returns to a property listing, calculation errors and changes to the result currency.
Fixed categories may include the source channel, purchase-price currency, calculator profile, whether a link was prefilled and assignment to a public Hibo property listing. No individual visitor history is created.
Hibo's own analytics does not store, in particular:
- name, email address or telephone number
- IP address, visitor ID or session ID
- browser fingerprint or device identifier
- purchase price, calculated purchase costs or total costs
- individual calculation results
3. Purchase price and prefilled links
Prefilled calculator links may contain the purchase price, currency, commission, property name, listing URL and source parameters. Because these details can form part of the URL, they are transmitted technically to the hosting infrastructure when the page is opened.
The purchase price and individual calculation results are not included in Hibo's own usage analytics.
4. Hibo Intelligence
Hibo Intelligence is Hibo Immobilien's own statistics system. It helps us understand how often the calculator is used, where use originates and which functions are used. It is not intended to determine who uses the calculator.
Communication from the calculator to Hibo Intelligence takes place server-side. The technical API key is not delivered to the browser. Purchase prices, results, IP addresses, visitor or session IDs, fingerprints and contact details are not sent as analytics data.
5. Automatic language entry and language statistics
Language statistics use only the first preferred language reported by the browser and reduce it to its base code, for example es-PY to es or pt-BR to pt. We also record the interface language actually shown, de, es or en, and whether the detected language is supported. This helps assess whether additional language versions could be useful; it is not used to analyse an individual person.
The full language list, regional language code, IP address, visitor ID, session ID and fingerprint are not stored for this purpose. When /start/ is used, the browser language only selects German, Spanish or English; any other or unknown language leads to the German default version. No language-preference ID, cookie or persistent browser storage is created.
6. Hosting and technical delivery
The calculator is provided through ChatGPT Sites by OpenAI. To deliver and protect a website, the hosting infrastructure may process technical connection, log, usage or device information.
This processing is governed by the hosting provider's rules and is separate from Hibo's own analytics. Hibo Immobilien does not use hosting data in its analytics system to recognise individual visitors.
7. BCP exchange rates
For currency conversion, the server retrieves public exchange-rate information from the Banco Central del Paraguay (BCP). The user's purchase price, individual results and property information are not sent to the BCP.
Technical rate and update information may be stored centrally to preserve the last successfully confirmed reference rate.
8. Cookies and recognition
Under the current technical setup, the public calculator does not use its own analytics or advertising cookies to recognise visitors. Hibo analytics does not store visitor or session IDs in Local Storage or Session Storage.
After a successful login, the internal protected statistics area uses a technically necessary, secure session cookie. This cookie is not part of normal public calculator use.
9. Retention, contact and privacy requests
Aggregated counters without visitor or session identifiers may be retained long term to analyse usage and compare periods. Technical hosting data is subject to the hosting provider's retention and privacy rules.
Because our analytics has no visitor or session ID, individual aggregated actions generally cannot later be assigned to a person. Privacy enquiries may be directed to Hibo Immobilien.
